General Purpose:

• The Global Supply Analyst will support our development teams and partners in the sourcing of direct components and parts utilized in the production of our entire range of products.
• They will be a member of our Supply Chain Organization supporting the development, implementation and management of strategies to provide Corsair with optimal supply assurance, flexibility, agility and delivery performance. The ideal candidate will leverage data analysis to identify and quantify risk to stable supply performance and work with internal stakeholders to develop and implement/monitor the execution of the same. 
• The Global Supply Analyst builds and leverages strong working relationships with our engineering and procurement teams as well as key suppliers to assure
  • External risks driven by global market trends, component outputs and manufacturing fluctuation are understood and reported proactively to provide Corsair with an opportunity to react appropriately
  • Internal risks drven by business uncertainties and performance metrics
• They work toward providing Corsair with insights and data to support strong supplier relationships that not only enable Corsair growth and success but high performance and success for our partners globally while reducing total costs of ownership to achieve maximum advantage for Corsair 

Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Identify and report supply gaps and risks and corrective initiatives/strategies through analysis of data as well as relationships with vendors and engineering teams
• Drive supply base consolidation where possible and beneficial
• Monitor current category market conditions, technology roadmaps and identify supply/demand challenges & opportunities
• Analyze and evaluate current suppliers. Consolidate spend across supply base to create leverage, analyze purchasing trends and work with sourcing teams to develop sourcing alternatives
• Monitor current category market conditions, technology road maps and identify supply/demand challenges and opportunities
• Analyze supplier capabilities, risks and strategies for success
• Work collaboratively with other Sourcing Specialists, Sourcing Managers, Procurement Team, Planning Organization members
• Identify supplier consolidation opportunities that will generate savings from executing strategic sourcing projects
• Develop sourcing and strategies that deliver against business objectives and achieves sustainable relationships with suppliers

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering and/or equivalent experience and track record of demonstrated proficiency
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in an extremely fast-paced environment
• Experience planning in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are required to keep track of high number of parts and variety of business initiatives that could impact demand and supply plans
• Demonstrated success in modeling complex data sets within Excel to drive decision making process
• Very strong communication skills, both spoken and written
• Demonstrated experience working with global cross functional stakeholders to identify and synchronize on project and milestones
• Experience with Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management a major benefit
• Ability and willingness to host and participate in teleconference in off hours to support global business needs is routine
