About the Role

The Partnerships Strategy & Ops team plays a critical role in helping shape and execute Lyra’s go-to-market strategy and driving revenue growth. The GTM Analytics & Business Intelligence Manager role will be a key partner to both Sales & Marketing leaders and Strategy & Planning to build highly scalable analytics and data infrastructure. The role will be owning the full lifecycle of the data from development, integration, pipeline, reporting, and analysis. This role will also heavily support the administration and optimization of key GTM data sources including Salesforce, Zoominfo, LinkedIn, etc)


Sample projects include new go-to-market data process development and implementation, optimizing data warehouse data tables, and managing the dashboard development roadmap.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary reporting and visualization resource for the Partnerships Strategy & Planning and Technology & Operations team
  • Own business requirements and development for GTM data and reporting tools and systems
  • Serve as business SME with data science, tech ops, business ops, and finance teams on data architecture and data/system integrations (e.g., Data Warehouse, Marketo, SFDC, Netsuite)
  • Own go-to-market data management and governance. Develop and maintain GTM data processes and policies. Build systems to ensure accuracy, completeness, recency of data
  • Manage the GTM data and analytics roadmap including prioritization and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define/align company metrics and ensure data maintenance and quality
  • Design, build, and optimize centralized dashboards and reports that will be used across the organization
  • Drive efficiency by leveraging industry best practices and designing process, tool, and dashboard improvements to scale the business
  • Manage administration and development of GTM data sources in alignment with business processes and integration with relevant finance and operational data

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, finance, data science, computer science or other relevant/quantitative disciplines
  • 5+ years of data & analytics experience with increasing amounts of scale and complexity of work and responsibilities including data architecture, modeling, and governance
  • 3+ years of experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or similar 
  • 3+ years of experience working with and querying relational databases through SQL
  • Experience documenting business requirements, processes and workflows.
  • Experience working across functional areas to develop effective solutions that align with company objectives.
  • Ability to be a self-starter, influencing others, tackling unstructured and undefined problems, taking ownership, and driving objectives to achieve the desired outcome
  • Ability to lead a variety of stakeholders and manage multiple projects with competing priorities aligned to short and long term objectives
  • Analytically and operationally minded, demonstrating sound business judgment to optimize resources and deliver maximum value

  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce experience strongly preferredExperience with B2B or B2B2C products & solutions
  • Familiarity with leading sales and marketing tools and tech stack (including Conga, Linkedin, Outreach, Zoominfo, Insideview, Ringlead, Marketo, Bizible, etc)
