About the Role

As a Data Analyst, you’ll work cross functionally across our entire go to market organization to help inform our GTM strategy and business decisions, and ensure that Lattice is operating at its full potential. You will work within the Business Operations team, a small group of folks working to make sure that Lattice executes rigorously against data driven decisions. 

This person will play a critical role in supporting the revenue organization by providing insight to improve sales & marketing efficiency. This role will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Operational leaders across a variety of long-term strategic initiatives as well as ad-hoc projects.

We’re considering folks at many levels for this role - maybe you’ve only been in data for a couple of years, and maybe you’ve been running data teams for a decade. Either way, we’d love to talk. 

Responsibilities

• Partner with GTM leadership across the company to drive business strategy through repeatable analyses and informed decision-making
• Model first- and third-party data into analytical frameworks, core reporting, and metrics that can be used across the business
• Assist in operationalizing up our BI tool, Looker, to make it easily explorable and actionable for internal end users 
• Drive analyses to optimize core go-to-market processes that enable us to continue to scale
• Refine ambiguous questions and generate new insights through a deep understanding of the data, our customers, and our business
• Own or collaborate cross-functionally on easily digestible outputs of insights

Qualifications 

• A bachelors or masters in a quantitative field, or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years experience in analytics/data science, finance, or strategic role in a technology company
• Strong SQL skills a must
• Prior experience with Python or R a plus
• An understanding of SaaS business models and key metrics
• Very strong organizational skills, with the ability to drive data initiatives and elevate the data maturity across the business
• Strong communication skills
