As our Head of Core Infrastructure, you drive the vision, mission, and strategy to build an open People.ai platform that can scale to support hundreds of thousands of users. You will lead the team to build the world’s most advanced data platform underlying People.ai’s best-in-class activity capture and AI-based insights, which in turn power some of the most successful and fastest growing companies in the world. 

You will scale our Engineering infrastructure teams as well as evolve our Engineering culture to continue our focus on quality.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a strategy to scale our infrastructure to process heterogeneous sources of activity and business data with petabyte scale.
• Design and build a pluggable data pipeline that empowers internal teams to extract advanced signals from activity data using ML.
• Evolve our external API posture to make integrating against our platform a delight. 
• Scaled the team from eight to 20-30 Engineers in the next 24 months

Requirements

• 5+ year(s) experience leading teams to resolve large-scale infrastructure challenges in data/ML processing pipelines.
• Demonstrated ability collaborating cross-functionally with both Engineering and non-Engineering teams. 
• Curiosity, humbleness, servant leadership, and a growth mindset.
