About the Role

Embedded within the People Operations team, the HRIS Analyst will be responsible for developing an efficient system that provides our team the tools we need to guide a fast growing organization.  They will serve as a key point of contact for HRIS related questions and issues, including system access, processing hurdles, or technical issues. The HRIS Analyst will design security roles, develop ad-hoc reports, and perform audits to ensure data integrity.

What you'll do:

The HRIS Analyst will partner cross-functionally with other departments such as Finance, IT and Payroll to support/enhance core HR systems, data analysis and reporting. General working knowledge of HR disciplines (Benefits, Recruiting, Compensation, Learning, and HR Self-Service) is beneficial to success in this role. 

The HRIS Analyst is also responsible for participating in any future development activities, including system upgrades and the implementation of additional applications and functionality. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is able to work across different teams and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Support All UKG modules including Onboarding, HCM, Compensation and Time & Attendance
  • Responsible for driving process improvement and identifying efficiencies to support rapid growth and scalability (eg implementing workflows to automate employee changes, terminations, etc.)
  • Generate reports/queries, including writing, maintaining and supporting a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing business needs. 
  • Identify opportunities for system and process enhancements 
  • Serve as tier 1 support for HRIS requests (detect, troubleshoot and resolve issues)
  • Assists in integration planning between internal systems and third party clients
  • Document standard processes/procedures; create user guides and checklists for functional practitioners
  • Provide technical support and serve as a subject matter expert to educate system end users on UKG functionality and ensure they are leveraging UKG to the fullest extent
  • Understand and use qualitative/quantitative measurement and data collection design principles.
  • Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.

Something About You:

  • Demonstrated experience understanding business needs and developing efficient solutions for other users. This generally includes a bachelor's degree and 3-5 years in HRIS or a similar role that uses large data sets and interfaces/integrations.
  • Attention to detail, with strong organizational, analytic and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (written and verbal) 
  • Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to quickly adapt to change in the work environment.
  • Experience with UKG Pro preferred
  • HR Report writing experience a plus
  • Project Management Experience (PMP) a plus
