Join our community! We're looking for an experienced Data Analytics lead to join our team. You would be responsible for helping teams across the company make better decisions with high quality reporting through our Periscope instance. You would be working closely with our Business Operations and Product teams, helping deep dive into the dynamics of our marketplace and help our field teams scale across the US. This is a unique opportunity for someone excited to join a high growth startup and have a huge impact on a diverse range of teams. 

What you'll do:

• Work with teams across the organization to expand and improve our BI reports in Periscope
• Work cross-functionally to identify opportunities for reporting and insights automation 
• Collaborate with engineering to evolve and maintain a data pipeline and warehousing solution. 
• Work cross-functionally to model out priority analysis with business partners.
• Negotiate and prioritize incoming data requests.
• Help hire and manage the data science team as the company evolves

Who you are:

• Expert at SQL
• Experience working with contemporary BI tools
• Experience transforming data inside a data warehouse for easier consumption
• Experience normalizing datasets from third-party platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Segment, Facebook Ads).
• Experience helping organizations self-serve data needs through training, onboarding and documentation a plus.
• Experience working in a high growth/startup environment
