Molekule is looking for a Logistics Analyst to join our growing team. Operations at Molekule is responsible for manufacturing and delivering our air purifying products to customers while continuously growing our operations footprint. As our Logistics Analyst, you will work with our freight forwarders, domestic shipping providers, and other partners throughout our supply chain. You will work directly with our 3PL warehouses, and both domestic and international OEMs. You will work closely with most functions of the company to ensure we have an optimized supply chain who will deliver the best customer experience possible end-to-end.

What you will own:

• Serve as liaison between 3PLs (both internationally and domestically) and all logistics partners
• Coordinate all logistics quote requests between Molekule and various freight forwarders 
• Oversee order fulfillment; own aging reports, communicate backorders and work to resolve with SDM, identify system issues related to unfulfilled orders and work with IT to resolve
• Generate and track POs as well as reconciling supplier invoices
• Track and transact the shipments (and manufacturing of goods) throughout the supply chain from CM to 3PL, both physically and systemically in our ERP system (Netsuite)
• Ensure timely resolution on any issues related to order fulfillment from 3PL, to consumers, retailers or distributors
• Use analytical and quantitative methods to understand, predict and enhance supply chain processes
• Freight & warehousing spend reconciliation to meet Accounting finance requirements 
• Amazon Direct Fulfillment management when necessary 
• Own and coordinate split distribution strategy between warehouses 
• Be the primary POC for Customer Service Operations needs

What you bring:

• Comfort/enjoyment working at a fast-growing startup company
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google applications, experience working in an ERP/MRP (Netsuite a plus) system, and comfortable learning new software platforms 
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and building partnerships
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Passion for supply chain and logistics
• Experience working in a multi-channel environment (D2C, B2B, big box retailers). Enterprise and medical experience a plus 
• 3+ years in an operations role

What else you could bring:

• Experience with Asian OEMs.
• Experience working with US manufacturers. 
• Previous consumer electronics experience
• Previous experience with scientific products
• Familiarity with EDI, and experiencing managing a plus 
• Quantitative experience analyzing and processing data
