The Market Analytics Manager will focus on developing market analysis to inform GRAIL’s commercial and product strategy. The candidate must be able to operate in a fast-paced organization with high expectations on quality of deliverables. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader seeking to join a high-performing mission-driven team.
You Will:
- Develop strategic forecast models for GRAIL’s products to inform company strategy
- Lead cross-functional strategic forecasting process and provide thought leadership to commercial and product leadership teams
- Develop the strategic rationale, business case and financial model, and go-to-market strategy for new products that are aligned with GRAIL’s commercial strategy
- Define the value proposition, product requirements, and clinical evidence requirements for new products based on customer and stakeholder needs
- Work cross-functionally with Finance, Clinical Development, Product Management, R&D, Business Development, Regulatory, and other Commercial functions to create strategic forecasts and product roadmaps from initial idea to launch
- Be an expert in the healthcare ecosystem and competitor landscape
Your Background Should Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; MBA or advanced Life Sciences degree is preferred
- 4+ years experience in Market Analysis, Management Consulting, Strategy, or Product Marketing in the healthcare industry
- Experience in molecular diagnostics preferred
- Proven ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally to drive results in a matrixed, fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated track record of getting things done and growing responsibility over time
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Superior level of attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong understanding of regulatory environment in diagnostics industry
- Willing and able to travel as needed
