SentinelOne is looking for a Marketing Business Intelligence Analyst to join its growing marketing organization. This role will be responsible for analyzing a wide set of marketing data to come up with recommendations and insights that will be used in executive decision-making. This newly created position will leverage data across multiple platforms to drive insights. You will help to both determine and measure major goals and initiatives across the marketing function and key product areas and strive to help improve processes, systems, and dashboards to support these initiatives.
A successful candidate will be passionate about analyzing, interpreting, and understanding data in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, and be able to communicate implications and hypotheses with business stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders across the business to produce high-quality analyses that drive actionable insights
- Partner with business leaders to understand their data and reporting requirements and translate them into Product Requirement Definitions and technical specifications
- Determine KPIs and develop new reports and dashboards to track effectiveness and efficiency improvement over time ensuring accurate and reliable business reporting and guiding future business decisions
- Identify bottlenecks or opportunities to increase leads, opportunities, and bookings
- Develop hypotheses and test them with the marketing team
- Communicate findings, insights, and results in a clear, concise, and effective manner to senior management
- Analyze results and make data-driven recommendations for optimization of future campaigns, and automate any best practices as standard processes.
Requirements:
BS degree or equivalent (Data Science background +)
3+ years supporting marketing departments, including knowledge of high-velocity B2B marketing and sales funnel
3+ years of experience in business data analysis in high-technology industries
Demonstrate a passion for solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches to generate insights from data
Strong report modeling and data management skills
Experience with BI software and CRM Platforms (Tableau and Salesforce Required)
Experience delivering on impactful data projects with multiple, often senior, partners.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify and explain complex problems to stakeholders of all levels across multiple functions
Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision
