People Analytics Manager

About the Role:
We’re looking for someone to build foundational people data infrastructure and visualizations and take data driven decision making to the next level. This includes consultation with stakeholders, HR and other end users to create high value and intuitive data visualizations and story-telling. You will also be responsible for ad hoc modeling and analysis of people data across all programs, from compensation to diversity.
What You'll Do:
- Visualization: Provide in-depth analysis, discovery, investigation and visualization of data to build reporting solutions that support company initiatives
- Scripting: Develop and automate data and analytics solutions; iteratively build and prototype new reporting to provide insights at scale.
- Querying / data management: Develop the people data model and manage data transformation to enable short and long term analytics and reporting
- Modeling: Perform analysis and create models for people analytics and compensation projects
- Stats/research: Deliver quantitative analyses and advanced modeling that diagnose root cause issues and translate data into actionable insights.
What We're Looking For:
- Scripting: 5+ years of experience with Python, R, Javascript, or a similar scripting language
- Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to Python, Javascript
- Querying/data management: Experience with SQL and exposure to cloud data platforms
- Visualization: Demonstrable experience building responsive data visualizations
- Modeling: Strong experience with Excel (e.g. modeling, formulas, Pivot Tables, Lookups)
- Stats/research: Experience manipulating large data sets through statistical software or other methods
- Project management / prioritization: Ability to manage multiple projects / requirements concurrently
