Program Analyst (Full Time; Multiple Openings)
JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for analysis and coordination across a broad portfolio of programs to support the scaling of RingCentral’s Innovation department.
JOB DUTIES: Driving end-to-end product development cycle across multiple development teams in different geographies; Breaking down the MVP feature list to Agile sprints and drive the planning process, closing, demos and retrospectives for each sprint; Driving go-to-market cycle partnering with product management, product marketing, operations, billing, finance, support, and other stakeholders; Managing System Integration and User Acceptance Testing phases of projects; Define project schedule, milestones, reporting structure for the project/ program; Building scalable processes and infrastructure for product and release launch for the Innovation department; Compiling, analyzing and summarizing project or program data for Innovation projects; Reviewing and reporting on program/project status within the Innovation department; Developing, managing and generating reports and dashboards to provide transparency and visibility to trends, issues and control status for business units; Coordinating and tracking project cross-dependencies with other internal stakeholders; Developing automated reporting capabilities and systems for Product and Engineering teams; Understanding Program Management KPIs to drive ad-hoc requirements analysis to support the business.
REQUIRED SKILLS/TOOLS: Experience with software development lifecycle, SaaS, cloud technologies, collaboration software, software project management, Jira, Confluence, Wiki, Excel reporting, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, SQL, Salesforce, BPMN 2.0 (Lucid Chart) and data mining tools is required.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE /
QUALIFICATIONS: U.S. Master’s degree in Engineering Management, Management Information Systems or a related field, or foreign equivalent, plus two (2) years of related experience, or U.S. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering Management, Management Information Systems or a related field plus five (5) years of related experience, is required. Within the foregoing parameters, any suitable combination of education, training and experience is acceptable.
