OVERVIEW
Our marketing team is highly analytical, moves fast, and is focused on delivering quantifiable results. We’re looking for a talented QA Analyst to join us to work directly with Engagement Managers, Creative, Product, Engineering, and Data Science to conduct end to end testing across our CRM campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for testing to ensure notifications to Instacart Customers and Shoppers are at the highest quality. Join us!
ABOUT THE JOB
- Perform tests to check for rendering, typos, and grammatical errors
- Conduct tests for linking destinations across all user states (logged in/logged out), devices, and platforms
- Confirm error-free experimentation, audience targeting, and coupon set-up
- Determine test plans for all new and existing scenarios
- Ensure existing & new functionality works as intended when new features are launched
ABOUT YOU
- 2-4 years of hands-on QA experience [email experience required, push notification & sms experience a plus]
- Highly organized and process-oriented
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Familiarity leveraging a complex marketing automation/CRM system like ExactTarget, Braze or Responsys [Preferred, but not required]
- Fluency in HTML/CSS to build and debug emails ahead of each send
- Ability to zoom out to view the final product from a customer perspective
- Team player and strong communicator
