About the Role

Figure is looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst for the Product team building and scaling innovative products in consumer lending and blockchain technology.  In this role, you will work with Product Managers to test and catch any issues or bugs to deliver the best customer experience possible.

What You’ll Do

• Provide support to Product Manager(s) and validate requirements through manually testing application features as they are developed, and documenting testing findings to support releases
• Know the product vision and feature set, and collaborate with the product manager(s) to proactively develop test cases to validate new features
• Analyze user stories and other feature requirements to develop test cases
• Manage test plan by creating test scenarios and developing documentation of manual app testing findings
• Own the testing process of newly developed features to find bugs, and validate feature/app behavior
• Ensure that requirements and deliverables are verified and validated at each testing phase and final acceptance
• Create status reporting mechanisms to monitor the status of the above activities and track progress of testing efforts
• Participate in integration discussions with representatives of all test teams, identify and help resolve roadblocks
• Help keep test processes streamlined for efficiency

What We Look For

• 1-3 years product testing or feature testing web applications
• Strong communication, organization and documentation skills 
• Experience supporting a product team by testing and validating features
