Reporting to the Director of Workplace & Real Estate, the Real Estate & Project Analyst will assist in many facets of our growing organization, including: managing the roll-out of new office openings around the globe, tracking and management lease portfolio, assisting with tenant improvement projects, and so on.

Who You Are:

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee research and lease & office agreement signings for new international offices
  • Support multiple projects at varying stages in the design and construction process
  • Collaborate with external brokers and internal stakeholders in identifying market geography and presenting options aligned with company vision
  • Ability to visualize and modify floor plans which aligns with our Workplace strategy
  • Create and manage PO’s related to each agreement and partner with A/P for payment processing; track payments and OPEX for each office agreement and lease
  • Partner with Legal for contract reviews and approval signatures
  • Work with Director of Workplace and Real Estate on buildout timelines to ensure timely delivery of office space
  • Manage lease management software (track lease timelines, decommission, thresholds on direct lease search kickoffs, etc.)
  • Coordinate with Workplace to develop, document, and maintain processes procedures & standards
  • Author and distribute regularly cadenced Real Estate updates for key stakeholders
  • Research and recommend vendors for small market kickoffs
  • Physical asset management: purchasing and depreciation; work closely with Finance to keep these records updated

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a (Commercial) Real Estate related role
  • Impeccable project management and organization skills
  • Able to work in an independent and self-directed manner
  • Strong familiarity with Excel and history of collaborating with Finance teams
  • Ability to read and interpret formal architectural drawings
  • Flexible and can easily move between projects
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering tenant improvement projects with tenants occupying the space and handling multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to interact effectively across the organization. 
  • A proven history of implementing systems and processes
