You will be creating and leading our real estate acquisition strategy, pulling together data and feedback from different business units to inform our decisions. You will own this process, work across different departments to ensure our strategy is followed through, and continue to iterate on the process moving forward
What You'll Do
- Devise and run market-level real estate inventory acquisition strategy.
- Own analytics related to portfolio performance, communicate and use insights to inform business decisions.
- Prioritize future growth by determining essential markets/submarkets for entry and/or expansion.
- Collaborate with data, real estate, operations, bookings, corporate sales and other teams to collect feedback to inform strategy.
- Work with metro-specific stakeholders to ensure alignment and follow-through with strategies.
Who You Are
- 4+ years of experience in commercial real estate or retail real estate strategy.
- Ability to clearly and concisely explain data through written, oral, and visual means.
- Ability to deeply understand different geographic real estate markets.
- Direct experience with strategic portfolio management in retail or commercial real estate.
- Proficient in Excel, can properly analyze data using pivot tables.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to communicate through all levels of the organization.
- Excellent project management abilities, demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with various cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive and adapt in a high growth, rapidly changing environment.
- Experience with ArcGIS, SQL, Python or Looker (our BI Platform) is a bonus.
