The Sales Analyst is primarily responsible for data maintenance in Sage Intacct's CRM system. Attention to detail is critical in this role due to the nature of dedupping duplicate leads and assigning to appropriate sales channel. This position requires the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines to support the overall quality program of the SDR department.

Responsibilities:

  • Ongoing daily maintenance of CRM lead queues to move misassigned leads to correct owners.
  • Deduplicate & merge "duplicate" leads to determine lead ownership.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare weekly and monthly reports for SDR Management.
  • Develop and maintain SDR Dashboards and Reporting
  • Continuous analysis of SDR territories
  • Identify continuous improvements in SDR data management processes.

Requirements:

  • 2-year degree is a must
  • Proficient using Salesforce.com & Excel.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Comfortable with preparing presentations based on data.
  • Ability to efficiently analyze, correctly update sales data & identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Must be highly organized, detail oriented, and have strong initiative with problem solving skills.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment while displaying a positive and energetic attitude.
