As a Sales Commissions Analyst you will play a key role in implementing and administering commission plans for the global sales team, sales development representatives and our partnerships team. Work closely with all business partners to identify and resolve issues related to incentive programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own & manage the overall monthly commissions process for our Sales teams, including operational processes, policies, and plans.
  • Partner with Finance, Sales Leadership, and HR Business Partners to meet monthly deadlines, manage exception requests, secure final decisions and approvals, while maintaining accuracy.
  • Support any commission calculation-related inquiries and exceptions, including disputes and help drive timely resolution.
  • Provide Revenue Operations team, and sales leadership with accurate attainment reporting, trends on front-line manager and rep performance and commissions.
  • Partner with sales operations business partners on continuous process improvement by identifying opportunities for efficiency and implementing time/resource saving solutions in systems and plans.
  • Maintain up to date documentation of our policies and process to ensure the company’s compensation philosophy, strategy and offerings are well understood.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong analytical skills, including advanced use of Excel
  • 4 to 6 years progressive experience in an compensation based or analytical based role
  • Experience in automated sales commissions systems and operations is preferred
  • Ability to multitask while managing deadlines, to perform well under pressure, and work cross functionally across different teams.
