About the Role
We are building our People team and are looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst to help implement and maintain our People Team Technology Systems.
The Senior HRIS Analyst is responsible for providing leadership, planning, design and oversight of HRIS initiatives in support of organizational and interpersonal goals and practices. This person will serve as the domain authority of all modules and functionality in Workday - including HCM, benefits, compensation, security administration, business process design, integrations, user experience, reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities
- Lead end to end implementation of Workday HCM, and various HRIS projects and tasks
- Assist with Workday releases by evaluating and testing features/changes and implementation
- Partner with Business Systems, IT, Finance as well as other business groups such as Payroll, Legal, and Workplace Services on system integrations and process improvements
- Advise the business on which tools/configurations fit their needs and consult on the best processes that compliment your solutions
- Coordinate and monitor information entered into HR systems to ensure data quality and integrity within Workday and downstream systems
- Provide regular and ad hoc reports to HR and various users by capturing data from different sources (Payroll/Finance/Compensation) and performing moderate to complex analysis
- Maintain and run dashboards, reports, and scorecards for the organization
- Complete compliance and government regulation reporting as needed
- Provide functional support for end-users by solving and resolving system issues
- Address employee inquiries and requests via Slack, JIRA, and emails
- Deliver training and documentation to HR and other end users
- Conduct end-user training as needed with new system releases and functionalities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; emphasis in Human Resources, Business or a related field preferred
- 3-5 years of hands-on Workday implementation, configuration, and post-production support
- Expert knowledge of the Workday data model, security, integrations, reporting, and data load procedures
- Experience with Workday EIB data load and security settings
- Ability to maintain personal and confidential information
- Good attention to detail and ability to consistently meet deadlines
- Self-starter and demonstrable ability to work independently and also collaborate across teams
