Senior Associate, Business Operations & Strategy
About the Role
Business Operations & Strategy works across Product, Operations & Member Experience, and Risk teams to drive and enable growth of the business. We lead mission-critical, cross-functional efforts, deliver objective analysis and insights, incubate new roles, and execute on strategic initiatives. You may dig into winning new market segments, design new business systems and processes to scale Chime, help us build and launch new products, or unlock new revenue opportunities. Whatever it is, we work on what will move the needle most for Chime. If you like hard problems, are analytical, and like to collaborate, we want to hear from you!
This job cannot be performed in the state of Colorado.
In this role, you can expect to
- Perform analyses and research that help us make the right growth decisions for Chime.
- Develop and execute cross-functional strategic initiatives to create and scale a world-class experience for our members.
- Design and implement business and operational processes that will enable Chime to scale effectively and efficiently.
To thrive in this role, you
- Have six to eight years of experience, with two or more of those years at a top tier management consulting firm.
- Have razor sharp analytical and problem solving skills. SQL skills are a plus.
- Derive satisfaction and meaning by digging deep into the data, thinking from first principles, and delivering the best results.
- Are flexible and enjoy doing whatever it takes to execute on complex projects.
- Have a low ego and have a knack for working well with a wide range of people.
