Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst who is ready to dig in and help take Druva to the next level of our employee growth.  This is a new role for us and we’re excited to hire someone who is ready to help us build all the compensation infrastructure we need to support our people.  This is a role that will build and help deliver tools, analytics and structures for our HR team, our people managers and employees.  The role is initially focused on US compensation but will expand to support international compensation practices within a year.  If you are an independent thinker, creative problem solver, enjoy building models and tools, love Excel, want to work with a fun team of people and essentially love geeking out with numbers, come join us!!  We believe that people who have a classic background in Compensation OR financial analysis will do well in this role.  The role will report to the Director of HR Operations and a dotted line to the Chief HR Officer.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage compensation competitive analyses for US employees
  • Partner with the global compensation team to build compensation range for US employees
  • Benchmark and provide guidance to our Talent Acquisition team on competitive compensation practices for new positions at Druva
  • Provide full range compensation support to US HR Business Partners including benchmarking, compensation education, tools for managers, etc.
  • Participate and help to manage compensation planning for our merit-based salary increase programs and company bonus payouts.  Help build tools for people managers to make sound decisions for their people.
  • Partner closely with the Accounting and Payroll teams to support employee compensation changes and data accuracy
  • Partner closely with the Financial Planning and Analysis team to understand compensation benchmarking as the company plans for future hiring
  • Manage competitive compensation survey participation for US and provide support for international locations
  • Run analysis and provide data insights on a regular basis for HR team and executives
  • Support the CHRO for board level compensation needs

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA in Business such as HR, Finance, Accounting or Economics
  • 5+ years in either Compensation directly or in a related quantitative position such as Accounting, Financial Analysis, consulting, etc. 
  • Technology industry experience a plus
  • Strong capabilities in Excel absolutely required
  • Experience with statistical analysis, quantitative modeling or other data analysis highly desirable
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills are a must
  • Ability to be self-directed and work independently once comfortable with core responsibilities
  • Strong “figure it out” capabilities to help you dig and learn what you don’t know today
  • Willingness to learn and grow continually
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to keep all the details in order
