Senior Data Analyst, People Insights
About the Role
We’re looking for an insightful and creative Senior Data Analyst to join our team in our San Francisco office. In this role you will leverage data to help drive strategy and answer key questions about our people, and the effectiveness of our recruiting and employment brand efforts. You’ll create and maintain key reports, use data to provide important insights , and review all current and proposed processes to ensure that everything we do is measurable and effective.
In this role, you can expect to
- Leverage data to guide our recruiting strategy and employment brand investments
- Play a consultative role in our talent acquisition strategy and certain people programs
- Build robust data models and analyses related to recruiting efficiency and performance, people metrics, and other related projects
- Create forecast and capacity models to help set expectations with stakeholders and ensure our team is equipped to hit our aggressive hiring goals
- Further leverage the effectiveness of our team by measuring the ROI of our current tools and systems, and evaluating others in the future
To thrive in this role, you have
- Experience creating and communicating presentations to business partners
- Proficiency in problem solving and finding creative solutions
- The ability to translate data and insights into a meaningful story to drive strategy, action, and decision-making at a team level
- Strong communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport and trust across the organization
- Proficiency in SQL and Google Workspace
- Experience with Greenhouse, Workday, and Looker is a plus
- Experience with capacity planning and forecast modeling
