Who we are

Eaze is a cannabis software platform and marketplace that connects adult consumers with licensed dispensaries and products. Eaze uses a sophisticated logistics and technology platform to provide fast delivery of a broad variety of cannabis products across California. We are on a mission to enhance safe access to legal cannabis, educate people about cannabis as a tool for wellness, and drive smart cannabis policies.

What you'll do

As a Senior Data Engineer at Eaze, you will apply your technical experience to solve difficult problems in a new and rapidly evolving industry. You will own the data infrastructure, building ETL pipelines and infrastructure to help improve data accessibility, increase data reporting performance, and ensure scalability of our data warehouse as we scale. You will work with Data Scientists and Data Analysts to deliver data related projects to stakeholders.

You will work on Python code, write queries agains MSSQL, Postgres databases. You will use tools such as Segment, Redshift and Airflow. Visualization tools include Mode Analytics, Chart.io and Tableau. We empower our engineering teams to use the right tool for the job and encourage learning new things.

Requirements:

• 6+ years previous experience working on data or engineering teams
• Demonstrated excellence in Python and SQL
• Experience with AWS infrastructure (Redshift, Kinesis, SQS, S3, etc)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
