The Role
We are looking for a talented Senior Data Scientist to serve as a leader on our growing remote team. You'll work with the data, product and business teams using machine learning and advanced analytics to understand user behavior and give recommendations on the best action to take to improve outcomes for our users and the business.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a team leader, establishing scalable processes and technical best practices to enable team success as the organization grows
- Analyze the impact of recently deployed features to determine their impact on user engagement
- Build reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders
- Analyze the performance of various user cohorts and develop insights about user behavior that can be used to market and improve the product
- Use machine learning to drive better business decisions and innovative features in the application
- Design, implement and analyze A/B tests
What You’ll Need
Confidence using a variety of techniques to analyze large streams of data to come to conclusions that improve the product and business
Must have prior knowledge of Python and SQL (and preferably Spark)
Great communication skills and experience working with a dynamic product in an ambiguous environment
Working at Lark
Lark offers the option to work remotely in the United States. For Colorado Applicants only: minimum annual salary is $148,000 (minimum salary varies for other geographies). You may also be offered a bonus, stock options and/or benefits. The company is headquartered in Mountain View, CA.
