Overview

As our Senior Logistics Analyst, you will play a key role in managing and supporting Tonal’s logistics and inventory control, as well as order fulfillment operations at our distribution centers. The responsibilities include monitoring and reporting material movements at all Tonal warehouse and shipping locations, ensuring accurate updates of inventory data at 3PL locations and in Tonal’s systems, freight invoice audit and approval, and assisting with inventory cycle counts and accounting audits.

What You Will Do

Logistics Operations:

- Monitor material movements from manufacturing sites to Tonal and update in systems

- Manage day to day carrier performance and resolve any operational issues

- Perform inventory transactions in system at various stages of material movement

- Work with 3PL warehouses to ensure accuracy of inventory data in system and records

- Support company Finance activities through logistics data audit and analysis

- Support cross-functional team members to ensure accuracy of product information in Tonal systems 

- Collaborate with Operations team members and logistics partners for improvements related to material flows, logistics operations, and process documentation

Warehouse Operations, Cost and Audit:

- Conduct cycle counts and audits as required to ensure the integrity of inventory 

- Perform regular data audits, inventory review, and shipping cost analysis 

- Support warehouse operations control and 3PL management as needed

- Maintain inventory dashboard and create reports as required

- Ensure rotation of inventory, compliance with inventory control guidelines, and support obsolescence management and EOL implementation

Who You Are

- At least 5 years working in the manufacturing industry (tech or electrical manufacturing preferred) with responsibilities in logistics operations, inventory control, and supply chain management areas with a minimum of 10 years total work experience

- Bachelor’s Degree preferred

- Experience in domestic and international logistics, inventory planning and management, and working closely with suppliers and freight service providers

- Proficient with Excel, intensive hands-on experience in ERP, MRP, or any warehouse/inventory database management system, NetSuite experience highly preferred

- Possess good communication and analytical skills; willing to work collaboratively with other team members and logistics partners to resolve problems
