We are looking for a Manager for our IT Business Analytics function to drive the implementation of a world class decision support system through appropriate data engineering, data warehouse modelling and development of data consumption layers.

Responsibilities:

• Leader who defines, articulates and implements a state-of-the-art information delivery platform for the stakeholders in Finance, Product Development, and Operations functions.
• Manage the business intelligence team consisting of BI Analysts, ETL and integration analysts/developers, Data Governance & MDM analysts.
• Develops and implements strategies to drive single source of truth / consistent reporting across business functions.
• Dissects business data issues, analyze their root - causes and provide possible solutions in a simple yet compelling manner to internal customers and executive management.
• Drive the application of data analysis methodologies to business operations data to provide business intelligence for enterprise performance analysis.
• Develops and implements data governance, data quality, data ownership processes and practices.
• Proactively proposes and anticipates business demand for information and delivers to the information needs of business
• Develop and socialize the BI & Analytics Roadmap and oversee the implementation of the roadmap 
• Serve as a program manager, as needed, on various cross functional business initiatives
• Participate as the BI Lead on the IT Architecture Council
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Business-Analytics, Finance, Information Systems or a related field.
• 8 -10 years of relevant work experience in a role that required application of data analytics skills.
• Prior experience in the SaaS domain (preferred)
• Ability to manage stakeholders across the organizational hierarchy at CXO levels, Directors, Functional, Technical and Program managers, Operational teams and External vendors.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and ETL jobs. Working knowledge of Python or R or similar programming languages to analyze big data
• Advanced understanding and experience working with data warehousing, data modeling and data quality management
• Recent experience in implementing visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Recent experience of implementing basic software solutions to automate data source, visualization and/or data modeling application.
• Customer focused, Organized and a professional demeanor.
• Professional presence, polished communication skills and proven ability to effectively collaborate with all levels of employees.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple data engineering and BI reporting and data analytics projects simultaneously
• Ability to Develop queries and visualizations for ad-hoc requests and projects, as well as ongoing reporting
• Strong work ethic with good Interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills.
