Why We Need You
We are looking for a leader that can bring PagerDuty Marketing Analytics to the next level. You'll be a key member in PagerDuty’s ongoing data-driven approach to run marketing. You will help set goals, define metrics, allocate budget, and measure ROI for all parts of Marketing.
In this role, you'll report directly to the Senior Director, Marketing Operations and work closely with leaders within Marketing, as well as cross-functionally.
Key Responsibilities - How You Impact Our Vision
- Manage Marketing planning process, developing predictive models for budgeting and revenue goals.
- Report and socialize pipeline & revenue goal attainment
- Monitor performance of important metrics for changes in trends, share insights and make recommendations
- Function as the analytics partner for Marketing and lead projects that use data and analytics to develop an in-depth understanding of our marketing effectiveness - find opportunity areas and influence cross-functional partners with insights to deliver sustained and material growth.
- Gather requirements and analyze gaps with Marketing and Growth stakeholders for reports and dashboards.
- Project manage the development and rollout of reports and dashboards.
- Proactively query the marketing data to derive actionable insights, including analysis of customer journey and account scoring.
- Owns QBR process for Marketing and Growth, ensuring all leaders have data needed to measure success.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of marketing analytics experience, including return on marketing investment, marketing sourced pipeline, lead and account funnel metrics.
- Experience with Salesforce.com, SQL, Looker or other reporting/visualization tool.
- Experience with Marketo, LeanData, PathFactory, Demandbase a plus
Preferred Skills
- Entrepreneurial self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, creative fast-growing environment
- Possesses high competencies in critical thinking and communication/interpersonal skills, able to convey complex ideas in a clear/concise manner both verbally and in writing
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
