Talent Insights Team
The Talent Insights Team leverages data to help leaders and other stakeholders across ServiceNow make better decisions about people. We are passionate about making ServiceNow an incredible place to work for every employee and helping ServiceNow achieve its mission. The Role
You will play a lead role in making people science actionable— from consulting with business stakeholders across ServiceNow, to designing research projects tied to business objectives and needs, running advanced analyses and modeling relationships between variables of interest, and delivery of insight that drives action. You will also draw from external research and best practices to help us focus on the right questions and elevate the scientific rigor of our methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Consult with HR and business stakeholders to clarify research opportunities that support organizational decision-making and business strategy
- Apply subject-matter knowledge and expertise (drawing from theory, along with qualitative & quantitative methods) to design workplace research studies that address key organizational questions and needs
- Run analyses using appropriate statistical methods to address research questions, test hypotheses, and model relationships between variables of interests
- Manage research projects from start to finish, with minimal guidance
- Storytell business-relevant research findings to influence audiences at all levels and drive action planning
- Develop inventory of empirical findings and people insights ServiceNow draw from while designing & scaling talent programs
- Conduct reviews of people research literature, benchmark data, and industry best-practices and tie back to key talent metrics
- Document key insights and facilitate discussions and trainings with other centers of excellence to elevate data literacy
Qualifications
In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
- Advanced degree in I/O Psychology or related field, with 3-5 years of experience in analytics/insights consulting with business stakeholders to drive insight and action
- Strong business analysis skills including strong written communication, presentation development, and data analytics
- Fluency with research methodology (such as literature review, survey methods, experimental design, hypothesis testing, regression techniques, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience applying behavioral science methods to design and conduct research studies in the workplace setting
- Strong data visualization skills, able to “tell the story” in a clear, concise, and clean manner
- Experience presenting to executives and leadership
- Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
- Expertise in Excel, Tableau, SQL, and R, and experience leveraging HRIS data
