Indiegogo’s Trust & User Operations team is looking for a Senior Trust & Safety Analyst to help make Indiegogo the most trusted platform for Entrepreneurs to take their ideas from concept to reality. Working as a collaborative partner with teams across the company (e.g. Product, Legal, Finance, Marketing and Sales), Indiegogo’s Senior Trust & Safety Analyst will play a pivotal role by defining and enforcing transparent policies to support our global community.

YOU WILL:

• Manage Trust & Safety escalations, and ensuring that users abide by our Terms of Use & Community Guidelines
• Develop new methods and processes to prevent fraud, reduce chargeback risk, and maintain trust within our global community of entrepreneurs and backers
• Make recommendations on policies and partnerships to enhance transparency, communication and success rates by our customers
• Utilize data-driven approach to inform policy and process recommendations
• Build scalable solutions to ensure best practices and standards are successfully implemented throughout the company
• Provide ongoing product feedback to improve the quality and efficiency of Indiegogo’s fraud management systems
• Manage Trust & Safety vendors on an ongoing basis, provide guidance during vendor selection, and take responsibility for the contract negotiations and onboarding of any new vendors

ABOUT YOU:

• BA or BS degree in a related field, or a quantitative/technical field
• 3+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, Risk, Compliance, or Fraud
• Subject matter expert in risk management, transactional fraud, or compliance in an e-commerce environment. 
• Success in operational process and optimization projects. You can quickly understand how an operation works, spot gaps and optimize in a measurable way
• Focus on data and analytics to solve problems and have a track record of driving results through continuous improvement
• Strong customer advocate that can build empathetic processes that can scale
• You work well in time-sensitive settings and in the face of unfamiliar situations; you have high emotional intelligence and the ability to keep calm under pressure and uncertainty
• Excellent judgment and risk management mindset
• Proficiency in analytical and technical tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, Looker, etc.)
• Willingness to hustle and a get it done attitude
