Sr Analyst, Business Analytics

 

Summary

We are looking for someone with a scrappy, get-it-done attitude who is passionate about analyzing data to improve the business. This role will interact with multiple teams across the company, including marketing and tech, and candidates need a proven track record of distilling down complex data into actionable insights.

 

Responsibilities

· Dive into complex data sets to analyze trends and identify opportunities

· Partner with technology teams to build datasets and dashboards

· Communicate analyses to non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership

· Perform business case analysis to size impact of potential initiatives

· Partner with marketing and technology teams to support ideation, prioritization, and launch of new initiatives

 

 

Qualifications

· Detail-oriented, with strong analytical, technical and problem-solving skills

· Hands on experience working with large and complex data sets. Proficiency w/ SQL required.

· Strong communication skills. Must be able to effectively communicate complex analyses to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership

· Ability to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment
