Job Description

General Purpose: The Sr. Digital Analyst is an individual contributer and will be responsible to:

  • Be a thought leader of analytical concepts and techniques for the Corsair D2C team.
  • Create and automate reporting, dashboards and analytical insights to the digital business on site funnel, marketing channels, and overall sales and profit growth

Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Build and automate digestible reports, dashboards, and visualizations, monitor and understand performance among key KPI, and convey insights that tell an actionable story
  • Be a thought leader on analytics techniques by bringing strategic new ideas to the table.
  • Clearly articulate an analysis and data to senior leadership to drive business strategy
  • Conduct and lead analyses on a variety of projects including A/B testing of content, marketing initiatives, on site customer behavior and purchase behavior.
  • Build business forecasts and models
  • Create recommendations and requirements for Google Analytics tagging
  • Make segments more actionable by categorizing existing customers and prospects into a segment based on known data and/or interactions with Corsair – this analysis will serve as foundation for CDP
  • Partner with with cross functional teams to lead the analytics strategy to accomplish business goals.
  • Support on site experimentation program through statistical data analysis
  • Analyze sales and product inventory data with experience combining multiple tables and data sets.
  • Identify technical and strategic gaps and proactively create best-in-class solutions (landing page and funnel testing, customer journey analysis, segmentation analysis, pricing, etc.)
  • Build machine learning algorithms and models
  • Become an expert on all aspects of Corsair’s data and analytics infrastructure
  • Report to Director, Analytics

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • 4-6+ years in digital analytics, marketing analytics or customer analytics, particularly for D2C brands platform
  • BA/BS in a mathematics, statistics, Finance, or other quantitative field, Mastes degree a plus
  • Understanding of web analytics platform – Required (Google Analytics)
  • SQL Experience Required
  • Advanced skills in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Understanding of site performance and eCommerce conversion KPI and their levers
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and Goole Tag Manager site tracking Required
  • Strong grasp of statistics and experience conducting rigorous data analyses
  • Experience with a range of analytical tools and data visualization tools (PowerBI preferred)
  • Machine Learning and advanced statistical concepts preferred
  • R, Python, and other languages a plus
  • Ability to “dive under the hood”: strong analytical deduction and diagnostic ability to find and solve problems
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across audiences at varying levels of the organization
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex analytical concepts clearly and persuasively across audiences at varying levels of the organization
