You will be responsible for analyzing complex business problems and delivering solutions that are focused on the scalability and continuous improvement of Bolt’s GTM processes & applications. As a Business Systems Sr. Analyst you will closely collaborate with Bolt’s GTM teams to deliver projects that will scale the business.


Your vision should aim to make our process/systems more efficient and reduce manual/ low value work across our revenue generating organizations. This role will interface with business owners across Marketing, Sales, Merchant Success, and Product to ensure alignment across our teams.


You'll...

  • Meet with business leaders, decision makers, and end users to define business requirements, and systems goals.
  • Facilitate discussions among business owners to understand problem statements and gather requirements.
  • Develop a full understanding of our technical stack and interdependencies in our business systems to ensure they are scalable, reliable, and efficient.
  • Manage integrations across partner systems within Salesforce’s purview (such as Marketo, Drive, Gong, and Salesloft).
  • Maintain positive UX experience for users across multiple functions.
  • Define architecture and standards for the SaaS application procurement process.
  • Translate complex business needs into streamlined process design and technical implementation.
  • Become a trusted advisor to the organization; identify and implement process, infrastructure, and automation through technology that increases productivity and drives better results for company goals

Requirements...

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce, especially in Sales Cloud.
  • Experience designing and supporting large scale, technically complex solutions on Salesforce and associated ecosystem.
  • Experience in developing business process and requirements for integrating Sales Cloud with neighboring systems: Marketo, Outreach, FullCircle, 6Sense and others.
  • Expert understanding of overall Salesforce ecosystemFamiliarity with Salesforce CPQ in administration and implementation.
  • Experience with GTM systems a plus, such as Outreach, Marketo, Gong, ZoomInfo, etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven project management experience, particularly working with globally distributed, non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven history of delivering key technical initiatives, such as leading technology migrations and integrations, deploying new business applications, and reducing costs and inefficiencies.
  • Familiar with analytics, business intelligence or big data technologies.
