ABOUT THE ROLE

Metric Theory's Analytics, Measurement, and Product (AMP) team supports the entire account services organization by developing tools to improve efficiency and provide a reporting suite to customers. As this team continues to grow, Metric Theory is looking for a Data and Visualization Analyst to support our reporting product and assist with data analysis processes. This individual will work internally with account teams to build out custom reporting configurations, develop reporting templates, and respond to issues as they arise.
Responsibilities will include:

• Onboarding new clients to reporting tool
• Troubleshooting configuration issues that arise in a ticketing system
• Configuring custom technical setups
• Providing feedback to development teams on standardizing certain customizations
• Configure reports in reporting tool
• Run custom analyses on analytics data and package for reporting
• Troubleshoot customer pixel issues on-site and in Google Tag Manager
• Work with Sr Director and CMO on data use and analysis best practices

ABOUT YOU

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years work experience in data analysis, Business Intelligence, or related field
• Undergraduate degree in engineering, business analysis or related major
• Experience with BI Tools such as Google Data Studio, Tableau, Looker etc.
• Experience with SQL and data warehouses
• Self starter, able to work independently
• Detail oriented and able to develop new processes
• Google Cloud Platform experience, including BigQuery, Cloud Storage and Cloud Functions
• Experience with Javascript, GoLang, Python
• Experience with Digital Marketing programs a plus
