As the Workforce Planning & Analysis Manager, you will be responsible for workforce forecasting, strategic workforce planning, and defining workforce hiring targets across all our workforce types including coaches, physical therapists, and physicians. The objective of the role is to ensure we have the appropriate workforce numbers and flexibility to meet demand both in the short- and long-term. As part of the role, your key responsibility will be to develop and maintain the requisite tooling and processes to achieve this.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

  • Forecasting: Forecast short-term and long-term workforce supply to 95% confidence interval across our 3 workforce categories (coaches, PTs, physicians), including developing and implementing the requisite tools in a scalable and user-friendly way
  • Supply/demand matching: Collaborate with Client Success and Care Teams to define processes to match supply/demand such that 90% of weeks do not have wait-times
  • Ensure the organization can service all states: Ensure 50 states have appropriate PT and physician staffing such that 90% of weeks do not have wait-times. This includes tracking and forecasting of licensing requirements across all states

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Workforce planning experience: 3-5 years of experience workforce forecasting and management in a relevant industry
  • Strong quantitative and modeling skills: experience analyzing, interpreting, and summarizing complex data as it pertains to staffing supply and demand
  • Strong communication skills: ability to explain complex problems (e.g. modeling problems) in a simple way and educate the organization along the way
  • Experience working cross-functionally: this role will require you to work closely with Care teams, FP&A, and Biz Ops
  • Attention to detail: the robustness of Hinge Health’s supply forecasting is key to the company’s operational efficiency. To be successful in this role you will need a meticulous attention to detail
