At Sisu, we're building a software platform that empowers people to make better decisions using data. Based on years of cutting-edge research at Stanford, Sisu helps analysts understand why their key business metrics are changing, in real-time and using all their data.

We’re looking for a creative brand and communications designer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be a design partner to teams across marketing, sales, and product design. You’ll craft and shape the narrative of Sisu through a variety of print and digital experiences while helping prospective customers learn about Sisu and develop trust and affinity for the brand.

What you'll accomplish

• Conceive and execute creative projects across digital, print, and social channels to communicate our brand, product, and values to customers, including product presentation decks, content campaigns, and the Sisu website.
• Collaborate across sales, marketing, and design to tell a clear, simple, and compelling story across every customer touchpoint.
• Work closely with product, UX, and visual designers to evolve Sisu’s brand and design system.
• Elevate design thinking and culture at Sisu as part of our small but growing design team.

What you'll need to be successful

• A strong sense of design processes and fundamentals, including iconography, typography, illustration, and color.
• A track record for designing and delivering creative collateral from concept to execution on print and web.
• Creativity, persistence, and inquisitiveness about analytics, BI, and enterprise data, and the desire to help businesses solve problems in new ways.
• Ability to communicate with cross-functional partners in marketing, sales and product design, always with business goals in mind.
• Experience with presentation design and narrative storytelling.
• You have a strong eye for detail, craft and consistency.
• Ability to design and iterate quickly and efficiently in a dynamic setting.
• Familiarity with design and asset production tools including the Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and Figma.
