About the Role

Mux has cared deeply about design from the very start. Our brand is already globally known and loved in the video community and we’re ready to take our creative work to the next level. We’re looking for a Brand Design Lead to grow Mux's brand and influence by putting high-quality experiences at the forefront of everything we do.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop a lasting brand that others respect and aspire to
  • Turn our audience of developers into adoring fans through thoughtful craft and experiences
  • Build an aspirational design presence in order to attract competitive talent and develop a strong foothold in our industry.
  • Scale our brand into creative mediums it has never gone before.
  • Expand our brand's awareness, reaching new audiences, and new levels of creative weirdness without compromising on our values

Who You Are

  • 7+ years of experience crafting strong, ambitious, and iconic brand experiences across various touch-points: web, print, advertising, social, video, etc., from ideation to launch.
  • Experience iterating on a growing brand, internally and externally championing and organizing design patterns and systems through new marketing channels, campaigns, and sub-brands
  • Experience providing creative partnership or art direction to photographers, directors, illustration and motion graphics production vendors pre-post production
  • The ability to autonomously engage yourself and others in the creative process.
