Members of the Brand Design team bring the Blend brand to life. We are advocates and champions of the Blend Brand internally and externally. From the fit and finish of all our customer and employee interactions, to counseling internal partners on creative decisions, we partner with Marketing, Sales, Services, and People Operations to steward our brand's experiences. You will report to the Brand Design Manager and your charter is to bring the Blend brand to life through motion and animation. You are a strong visual + motion graphics designer with a passion for brand design and storytelling.

How you’ll contribute:

• Work with design team to shape how the brand is articulated through motion 
• Execute and deliver high quality creative motion design work and motion graphics systems(including but not limited to: product UI, packaging elements for video such as title cards, transitions, lower thirds, end cards, etc., custom animations varying in length for our site, social channels and special projects)
• Create proofs of concept that enhance digital experiences and tell stories
• Steward the brand while partnering with internal designers and external vendors 

Who you are:

• You have 4+ years of experience in motion or animation design 
• You have a portfolio demonstrating work that shows motion across a wide range of outputs
• You have excellent communication skills and aptitude to explain design decisions
• You are an expert in After Effects and Premiere Pro, and 3D skills in Cinema 4D or the like are a bonus
• You have a passion for telling stories, including storyboarding, editing footage, and motion graphics/animation
• You are comfortable working alone and in collaborative cross-discipline teams
