WHAT WE DO

We are seeking a seasoned Creative Project Manager to help with the development and organization of Brand Marketing design work. This individual should be adept at managing creative brief requests through to the final hand-off of deliverables. This role will work directly with Creative Leadership and Brand Designers to ensure quality work is assigned, tracked, and delivered on time. The PM/CC should be able to clearly communicate timelines and assess the risks and goals of a project. The ideal candidate can enforce best practices, streamline processes, and take initiatives to further develop the success of the Brand Studio team.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receive and organize incoming design requests and creative briefs from teams throughout the company.
  • Assign projects to Designers, track workflows, and guide projects to completion.
  • Set up appropriate design involvement for various project sizes.
  • Communicate project statuses and updates during weekly team meetings.
  • Hands-on collaboration and comfort managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality assets, making sure review/sign-offs are in place.
  • Navigate cross-functional communication and be flexible working with shifting priorities.

OUR REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Creative Coordinator.
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Proven track record in creative work, managing the entire life cycle of projects both internally and externally.
  • Extremely organized.
  • Experience working with Designers, Copywriters, and Brand Marketing leads.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic team player.
  • Excellent proficiency with G- Suite (Google Drive, Docs, Calendar)
  • Experience working as a PM/CC with a tech marketing team or agency is a plus.
  • Knowledge of productivity tools, like Monday.com or Excel, is a plus.
  • Sense of humor preferred–okay, required.
  • You have great attention to detail, even–and especially–on tight timelines.

OUR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
