Instructional Designer & Training Specialist

You are a detail-oriented, creative and analytical learner and teacher with experience designing, managing and facilitating learning solutions with groups across multiple business functions.Â
In this role, you’ll be expected to design, develop, deliver and oversee existing and future learning & development programs across our BPO’s.
This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-moving organization using lightweight processes, creative ideas, and quick iteration to make a significant impact. This role requires a detail-oriented, creative and metrics-driven problem solver with extensive experience designing and developing learning solutions. You will be a part of a team that is accountable for shaping Chime’s Learning and Development program strategy.
This job cannot be performed in the state of Colorado.
In this role, you can expect to
- Lead and manage the design of high impact learning solutions, including eLearning and Instructor-led learning
- Manage current content and design & develop new content, aligned with business priorities and needs
- Partner with BPO training partners to facilitate and deliver training contentÂ
- Track and audit eLearning and ILT on the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Maintain and hold accountable to Chime SOPs, SLAs and overall training standards
- Identify  and partner with project SMEs internally and externally to develop high impact learning solutions..
- Accelerate current & develop new learning content for customer-facing agents with an agile, asynchronous, blended learning approach
To thrive in this role, you haveÂ
- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least 2 years of facilitation experience or instructional design experience or 5+ years in a learning & development role
- Experience applying instructional design methodologies to create high impact learning solutions aligned with specific business needs
- Experience designing evaluation strategy & execution to evaluate the efficacy of learning programs
- Experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline), Camtasia, Captivate
- Experience designing and developing high impact blended learning solutionsÂ
- Experience managing robust content on LMS
