Your Mission 

As the creative director, you will set the artistic vision and lead the team that turns it into reality.  Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will hire, mentor, and manage a top-notch internal team as well as manage external agency relationships and contractors. 

The Tray.io Creative Studio brings everyone's inner builder to light. You inspire workers around the world with what is possible with low-code automation. You create novel ways for people to notice a new movement and fall in love with the leading general automation platform.

Our studio creates compelling and consistent experiences across the full lifecycle of our customers’, employees’, and partners’ journey with Tray.io. Our multi-disciplinary team works on a wide cross-section of initiatives, channels, and mediums including integrated brand campaigns, direct response ads, website, email, social, video, presentations, sales collateral, and experiences.

The Studio supports initiatives across marketing, sales, customer success, talent, people, product, and engineering.

What You Will Do 

• Lead the creative direction of Tray.io
• Align stakeholders with your vision
• Plan the design studio roadmap, org structure, and resourcing
• Hire, lead, and mentor exceptional talent as well as manage creative agencies
• Establish and optimize creative operations processes

About You

• A combination of 10 to 15 years of experience in leading creative agencies and in-house work at high-growth technology companies
• Demonstrated creative leadership
• Proven ambassador of a creative team across a global company
• Client services mindset to support initiatives from diverse stakeholders  
• Experience in hands-on management of a growing creative organization
