The Marketing Designer will help create and evolve the Earnest brand across multiple product lines. You will create beautiful materials that reveal our value proposition to potential and existing customers. As the Marketing Designeryou will report to the Senior Visual Designer and you will:

  • Design appealing print and digital marketing materials including print ads, web ads, booklets, landing pages, and social media graphics
  • Create interactive prototypes that communicate emotion and behavior
  • Explore and conceptualize visual design solutions that maintain brand consistency through a variety channels
  • Collaborate with vendors to manage print production
  • Creatively direct outside vendors when needed.
  • Collaborate with team members and important partners throughout the creative process, from concept generation to final implementation

Ideal background and expertise:

  • 2+ years experience in a product-focused design role, communicating complex product features and connecting with audiences on an emotional level
  • Proficient in formal elements of design; typography, grids, color, composition, hierarchy, proportion, etc.
  • Website design experience including wireframing, responsive design and UX
  • Expertise in tools such as Photoshop, Sketch, Figma, Illustrator, Indesign and Invision
  • Strong Illustration skills
