Product Designer, Growth
The Growth team continually refines our understanding of what makes users successful in Figma. We aim to uncover opportunities and validate those hypotheses through constant iteration and experimentation. The team works between product and business and is looking for a seasoned designer to help create the right experiences to drive healthy users who will continue to use Figma as their design tool of choice.

What You'll Do
- Put yourself in the new user mindset and create effective onboarding experiences
- Use data to help define hypotheses and uncover hidden opportunities
- Conduct research to better understand why users upgrade and why users churn
- Execute A/B experiments with variants that cleanly answer the hypothesis at hand
- Foster a data-driven culture within and beyond the team
- Be a champion of the user. Dark patterns make us queazy, too
What We're Looking For
- An inspiring portfolio with work having a high degree of polish
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and love working with data
- Bias towards shipping and learning, rather than perfection
- Experience with SaaS/B2B and their billing models and user lifecycles
- Experience with user research to inform your solutions
- Ability to think through complex interactions and edge cases
