Atlassian can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity, assuming candidates have eligible working rights and a sufficient timezone overlap with their team. As our offices re-open, Atlassians can choose to work remotely or return to an office, unless it’s necessary for the role to be performed in the office. Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.

Atlassian is one of the fastest-growing software companies in the world, with millions of users across our products. We're making a substantial investment in experience design, endeavoring to make Atlassian products essential for all teams. We're growing our global design team and searching for passionate, talented designers to help us.

The team you’ll join will be taking our ecosystem to the next level, allowing us to achieve our future vision of being the connector for remote work. What does this mean?

Making connections across Atlassian: Strengthening our integration with Atlassian’s Ecosystem platform will allow us to expand our API’s capabilities so when partners build for one app, they build for Atlassian under the same framework.

Developing strong Marketplace tools that enable third-party developers to be more effective when building in our marketplace.

Strengthening our core product experience by relying on a robust ecosystem that helps us solve more of our customer’s “jobs to be done”.

The opportunity for design is to transform our product experience, making it a delight to use for small and large teams. As a designer for Ecosystem, you have the unique opportunity to leave your mark on our well-loved product.
