We're hiring a Product Designer at DataGrail!

Reporting into the Head of Product Design, as a Product Designer at DataGrail you will own all aspects of design execution from discovery, ideation, to design validation, design iteration, and review. For immediate success in the role, we are looking for someone who is driven, comfortable with ambiguity, minimal structure, interfacing with customers often and excited to define the future at a rapidly growing startup in the digital privacy space. As the company continues to grow, the Product Designer will also be growing, collaborating with their teams to deliver high quality user experiences to ensure that DataGrail can continue on its aggressive success trajectory. Ideal applicants will have designed and launched multiple successful products, be comfortable filling in any role on a team, and be eager to collaboratively create products with the product development team of PM, eng, and design. You’ll Own

Executing on all aspects of design execution from feature discovery, ideation, to design validation, design iteration, and review. Supporting your product delivery teams and the product design team on multiple complex projects at once.

Empowering your product delivery and design team on the end-to-end user journey to execute on features and contribute to the overall vision and mission of the company by delivering high quality user experiences.

Gaining a deep understanding of our customers and their goals through frequent customer interactions. Actively channel and socialize customer feedback into features and themes that will prioritize their success as individuals and as companies.

Building out an extensive design system to support the design and engineering teams, collaborating with design leadership and engineering to put best practices and standards in place.
