At Included Health, our mission is to raise the standard of care by helping our members navigate the complexities of the healthcare system, and offer high quality virtual care alternatives.

We’re a tight-knit, collaborative team of Product Designers and Researchers, working in close partnership with our Product Management and Engineering teams. With the world opening its doors to virtual care, we are embarking on an exciting journey to replace brick and mortar primary care to make regular preventative and longitudinal care more accessible to individuals and families when and where it is most convenient. You will focus on bringing the virtual primary care experience to life from discovery and adoption to last mile care to repeat visits. 

At Included Health we truly believe in creating the best member experience, breaking away from traditional healthcare norms. Included Health is currently hiring a Senior Product Designer to help us paint the way of a caring, seamless, and outcomes-driven care. You have a passion for making a difference in people’s lives with a hunger to solve big problems through the intersection of design and technology. You’ll advocate to enhance the member experience in all areas while carrying features from ideation through to execution and launch. You’ll prototyping and honing the design to ensure it drives great experience and positive outcomes for our diverse user base. 

What you'll be doing

• Define areas of product improvement tied to strategic vision and business objectives
• Lead a user-centric process, defining the approach for tackling design problems
• Craft thoughtful hypotheses and novel design solutions for some of our biggest problems using research, prototyping, user testing, data, and best-in-class design
• Design flows, prototypes, sketches, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI with our design system
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, research, and engineering to brainstorm and solve for key roadmap work
• Solicit feedback from your peers, including other product designers and teammates in your product team

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Deep understanding of design principles, design thinking, and UX patterns
• Expert understanding of desktop, mobile web, native iOS and Android platforms -- and have a point of view about when it’s best to follow platform-specific conventions
• Ability to collaboratively go from whiteboard, to sketch, to prototype, to live
• Ability to conduct and apply customer research, including design thinking and rapid prototyping
• Understanding of inclusive design and accessibility principles

Education and Experience:

• 4-7 years of experience solving complex user problems as a UX, Product, or Interaction Designer 
• Experience shipping design for one or more native mobile consumer experiences 
• Clear demonstration of the impact of you work on the business and/or user
• Experience working closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define the right solutions for impact
• Bachelor’s Degree in User Experience Design, Human Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Visual or Interaction Design, or related discipline is a bonus
