Production Designer
Webflow is a visual web development platform that empowers non-coders to create incredible experiences for the web.
We’re looking for a Production Designer to own the production of creative assets at Webflow. This role will work closely with Brand Designers to increase the quality and consistency of our visual assets as we increase the production of content at Webflow. You’ll play an important role in communicating new Webflow features, educational content, and marketing material for our customers all over the world.
About the role
Location: San Francisco HQ or Remote US
Full time
As a Production Designer, you’ll …
- Work closely with Brand Designers to develop consistent standards, templates, and processes for the Webflow brand
- Work with our Brand Studio team to support marketing campaigns by creating production assets using preexisting templates/guidelines
- Contribute to our brand system and guidelines by creating high quality graphics, screenshots, charts, icons, and other visual assets for the Webflow team to use internally and externally
- Be a main contributor to the production of visual assets for our Website, Social, Blog, Ebook, Email, and University channels
- Contribute to community events and conferences with the production of digital and print design assets
That said, these responsibilities are just the start! At Webflow, we encourage you to contribute wherever your interests take you — and shape your role accordingly.
And this isn’t just a philosophical bent: we actually give you 4 hours a week (10% of the work week) to pursue passion projects outside of your role responsibilities.
About you
You’ll thrive as a Production Designer if you:
- Have experience with graphic design and production tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Figma, as well as expertise creating production-grade assets
- Are able to switch gears from project to project, as deadlines shift.
- Have experience optimizing and iterating on process and automation
- Have basic working knowledge of video and animation tools
If you don’t meet 100% of the above qualifications, you should still seriously consider applying. Studies show that you can still be considered for a role if you meet just 50% of the role’s requirements.
