We are looking for a talented Production Designer to be an integral member of the Visual Design team helping to articulate the Hinge Health story. With a focus on marketing campaigns and content creation you will be able to work on a variety of projects and make an impact for our Commercial teams. You’re someone who is precise with pixels, brings fresh ideas to the table and will help us grow our evolving brand and category. You are a whiz when it comes to layout and has a strong grasp of typography. Collaboration and communication are your strengths and working with remote teams in different time zones doesn’t faze you.

You will be part of a growing Design organization and a key partner within the enterprise marketing team developing layouts and assets to produce impactful and effective campaigns. Solutions will be guided by user empathy and have proper tone and brand alignment. Working across multiple platforms, for both digital and print, this role requires tactical, and as well creative thinking to implement and execute effective content, and the ability to deftly and efficiently manage multiple projects with precision on timely deadlines. Strong digital and print design skills, aesthetic sensibility and a collaborative attitude are must-haves.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

• Produce demand gen assets to drive our enterprise marketing efforts, such as digital advertising, collateral, case studies, white papers, email marketing, landing pages and more
• Create, maintain and ship templates for cohesive, scalable and flexible design 
• Design and polish our customer-facing collateral, such as decks and leave-behinds
• Collaborate sales enablement team to expand our reach with target audiences
• Manage your project workflow to ensure your work is delivered on time
• Report to the Principal Visual Designer; collaborate closely with other members of the marketing team and internal stakeholders

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Online digital portfolio is a must
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite , Sketch, and GSuite (Google Slides/Sheets)
• Develop, layout and typography that sings, with an understanding of how copy and design play together and emphasize clean, focused readability
• Communicative, organized and consistency in achieving goals and objectives
• Thrives and enjoys working in fast paced and ambiguous environments
• A high-performing team player who is willing to jump in when and where needed
