We are looking for a Senior Art Director to be an integral member of an agile, cross-functional team that will partner closely with Marketing and Sales teams to develop compelling designs across the B2B customer journey. Designs will range from high concept exploration, integrated campaigns, data visualization, social advertising, mobile to web experiences, marketing collateral, photo art direction and video that increases market awareness and builds a world class brand and customer experience. We are looking for strong B2B experience, digital and offline design skills, aesthetic sensibility, strength in ambiguity and a collaborative attitude are must-haves. You are a player and a coach, able to think strategically and see the bigger picture while providing design direction, hands-on creative and development to the broader design team. 

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

• Deliver full roll-out of unified Hinge Health brand, visual expression, marketing templates, and design systems across all B2B touchpoints
• Increase market awareness of Brand leadership & differentiation as a strategic thought partner that leads integrated campaign design from concept ideation to execution that reflects deep customer insights.
• Implement proven design processes that consistently empowers the B2B visual design team to creatively diverge based on strategic objectives, and then converge into brilliant design solutions. 
• Grow, lead and mentor a high-performing design team to 3-5 designers that start with a customer-first mindset and can influence through deep understanding of design principles.

• Portfolio demonstrating excellence in brand expression and integrated campaign development across omni-channel touch points through marketing materials both online and offline
• Experienced leader of Agile design sprints & leverages collaboration technology like gdocs, Asana, and Slack.
• Stunning attention to detail in applying all elements of visual design [typography, color, texture, imagery, iconography, layout, etc] in design systems
• Mastery of print & digital design tools such as Adobe CC, Sketch with strong knowledge and capabilities of GSuite specifically Gslides
• Experienced in art direction for data visualization, motion design, photography & video
