Senior Art Director, Creative - Conversion

We are seeking an entrepreneurial Senior Art Director who is passionate about designing and animating pixel-perfect work across social campaigns for a range of global pharma, corporate, and biotech companies. In collaboration with Designers, Animators, Copywriters, and Creative Directors, this person will help develop powerful visual messaging in digital form. Our ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative and has a collaborative spark, and is interested in creating social media content across multiple platforms, for our healthcare-focused clients.
Responsibilities
- Concept, design and produce compelling, consistent creative assets that reflect the clients’ brands across all mediums.
- Collaborate with Creative, Account, Strategy, Production, and other teams to ensure work is on brief, on time, and within budget.
- Manage multiple projects at once, incorporating feedback from Creatives and other team members.
- Deliver final production-ready assets to internal and external teams.
- Participate in internal and client presentations as needed.
Required skills/experience
- 8-10 years digital + animation experience, including social savvy
- Proven ability to work with diverse creative teams including creative directors, art directors, copywriters, etc.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including AfterEffects; creative mentoring, illustration and 3D skills are not required but a plus.
- Experience working on photo shoots and with outside vendors (illustrators, editors, retouchers, audio engineers, etc) a plus.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and can-do attitude, in a fast-paced and ever-changing space.
- BA or BFA in graphic design, media arts, animation or related field preferred.
- Online portfolio and/or work samples required.
