We’re looking for a Senior Art Director to join our in-house Creative Production team. As the Senior Art Director, you are comfortable working in a collaborative environment and are well-versed across all creative media. You are a conceptual power-house that can spin up campaign ideas that are original, on-brand, and hit performance goals. You are an experienced manager of Art Directors and Designers, and have tried-and-true methods of providing feedback, guidance, and process framework.

Your Role and Impact

  • Own the expression of the brand voice, tone and aesthetic across all marketing channels 
  • Develop, pitch, and execute creative concepts for Email, Digital, Print, and DR Video Campaigns
  • Leverage brand strategy and marketing performance data to inform creative ideation and clearly articulate design rationale 
  • Create Art Direction decks for video production that include swipe, storyboards, casting selects, as well as set, props and lighting direction
  • Closely collaborate with designers, copywriters, producers, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Implement and uphold a streamlined design process workflow for the marketing team
  • Remove roadblocks and standardize design timelines and milestones with cross-functional marketing partners 
  • Manage, coach, and develop Art Directors and Designers

About You

  • 8 + years experience in agency or in-house setting
  • Online portfolio showcasing your cross-channel work
  • Ability to manage several overlapping project schedules at once
  • An expert understanding of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign 
  • Experience with After Effects is a plus
  • Self-starter that values collaboration and feedback
