We’re looking for a designer to join our growing team to make our stuff beyond refined.

You choose: shape our brand across retail, website, print, site-specific, and shhh projects both here & internationally, apply your skills for translating research findings, marketing needs, and visual insights into new approaches for designing engaging moments and then taking them into production. Or not.

Skills

• Approach projects from a strategic perspective to create experiences with other teams to craft solutions that serve the brand’s needs. Then dive down to the color, pixel, and print details.
• Comfortable with digital or physical projects to craft connected visual stories that resonate.
• Develop diverse approaches to solving given problems, communicate ideas with clarity.
• Launch work daily, weekly, and monthly at a high level, and be motivated by the pace & range of work. 

Experience

• Bachelor of Arts degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience
• Designed visual brand experiences across digital & physical in-house or consultancy.
• Worked cross-functionally in fast-paced startups, creating visually refined, systematic experiences.
• Active listener, team collaborator, and strong communicator in critiques, and team discussions.
• Has partnered with cross-functional teams to discover opportunities that improve existing brand comms and identify new future approaches.
